Feature :

Gauge Pressure Transmitter EJA430A is used to measure the pressure of liquids, gases or vapors. It supports BRAIN\\HART and FOUNDATIONTM fieldbus or PROFIBSUS PA communication protocols. It uses monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor technology. Monocrystalline silicon is an ideal material for the absence of hysteresis in pressure or temperature changes. Monocrystalline silicon resonant sensors minimize the effects of overvoltage, temperature and static pressure, providing unmatched long-term stability.



Installation precautions:

1. Before starting, if the valve is closed, the valve should be opened very carefully and slowly when used, so as not to damage the diaphragm of the transducer by direct impact of the detected medium.


2. The pipe must be kept clean. The sediment in the pipe will pop out and damage the diaphragm of the transmitter.


3. Do not leak air when the transmitter and heat pipe are out.


4. During installation, take the pressure opening of oil tank (or other) as low as possible to eliminate the error caused by temperature change and introduce temperature compensation if necessary.


5. When oil tanks (or other tanks) are not equal in level (such as small or large), compensation measures should be considered. For example, professional instrument level adjustment device can be used in the secondary table.


6. In order to achieve the accuracy of use, for example, when the breathing valve is installed on the top of the oil tank, the differential pressure transmitter must be used instead of the pressure transmitter.


7. When remote transmission needs secondary display instruments, professional intelligent digital display meters should be selected as far as possible, which can change the range and realize temperature compensation.
